Well, as official as I can get it so far, anyway ;-)
Since I started his blog the definition has sat as the top of whatever template I’ve been using, but I’ve never really written about it. When I first decided to start a blog, I didn’t really have a firm idea of what it would be. By nature I’m a generalist, and I frequently become obsessed by new interests or revisit old hobbies. The one thing they all have in common is that when I get bitten by one of these bugs I tend to get into a state where my wife finds me pretty unreachable. “Prickly” might be a better term ;-)
Why not name a blog after that state? Better yet, why not come up with a name for that state?
Lornitropia was born, and today I have confirmation from the awesome folks at PseudoDictionary.com that lornitropia is now listed.
