Competitive Intelligence and the Invisible Web

by Steve on March 16, 2005

Here’s a great presentation by Mary Ellen Bates, a noted CI author on finding competitive intelligence in the invisible web (it’s a power point file). The invisible web is the web that isn’t found very well through search engines, and inlcudes Whois info, files placed in public access but not linked to the parent site and other sources of information. It also has some information on ethical considerations.

Ok, I changed the link in the article, and now it works for me. Can anyone else verify it?

Thanks!
