If you are involved in CI, you’ll want to check out Arik Jonhson’s site. Most recently he’s written an interesting article on the ethics of competitive intelligence. Articles like this can help when you’re developing a strategy for dealing with those folks who think CI is all James Bond, and therefore normal ethical rules don’t apply.
