		<description>I recall that I did have that problem, and as I remember I had to make sure that I had the path and file name correct. In particular, make sure you have the .php on the end of xmlrpc - the actual file name is xmlrpc.php

I just wanted to state that I got Hblogger to work with subject titles in WordPress. The only thing you need to do in Hblogger is define your blog as a MovableType blog, point it to your WordPress xmlrpc file and start your entries with (title)Your Subject(/title) followed by your body text. Replace the brackets with smaller than &amp; greater than signs.

It works great. You can use this technique for every other blog client out there as well…
